The following planning services are tendered for the construction measures of Lot B1 "IBN" Schwaigerloh with this lot: object planning of traffic facilities and engineering structures Lph 6 (optionally Lph 7), structural design of engineering structures Lph 6.The construction measure comprises the following parts for these trades:- Railway body incl. drainage;- superstructure;- cable foundation engineering;- road, path, square and waterway construction;- divisional relocation;- LBP measures;- railway overpass;- road overpass;- technical fire protection upgrading of the existing tunnel system at Munich Airport;- traffic station Bf. Schwaigerloh;- Barrier-free pedestrian underpass at Schwaigerloh station;- Schwaigerloh storage/reversal facility;- Noise barrier;- Lifting facility;- Seepage basin When submitting an application to participate or a bid in the form of a bidding consortium, the bidding consortia should register in advance on the DB AG award portal. Participation in the procedure requires the unchanged composition of the bidding consortia admitted to the competition. It is permissible for the individual bidders admitted to the design contest to join together to form bidding consortia. The following planning services will be put out to tender with this lot for the construction measures of Lot B1 "Advanced IBN" Schwaigerloh: Planning of control and security technology Lph 6 (optionally Lph 5 and 7), planning of 50 Hz systems Lph 6 (optionally Lph 7), planning of telecommunications systems Lph 6 (optionally Lph 7).The construction project comprises the following parts for these trades:- Technical track equipment;- Technical fire protection upgrading of the existing Munich Airport tunnel;- Schwaigerloh station traffic station;- ESTW-A Schwaigerloh interlocking (connection to future ESTW-UZ Airport). Participation in the procedure requires the unchanged composition of the bidding consortia admitted to the competition. It is permissible for the individual bidders admitted to the design contest to join together to form bidding consortia. The construction operations planning includes the following services:Construction phase planning/blocking periods concept for construction capacity management and construction operations management for 2023,Construction phase planning/blocking periods concept for display Strategic construction planning, integrated bundling, for construction capacity management and construction operations management (2024-2026)Scheduling includes the following services:The Contractor must prepare a bar schedule for the execution period (services of the Construction AN). The schedule is used, among other things, to derive contractual dates for the contracts of the construction companies. The schedule to be drawn up by the Contractor starts with the award date for the construction work of the respective trade or object and then maps all the processes of execution planning, work preparation, materialisation, construction and commissioning up to site clearance and handover of the as-built planning to the Principal. The schedule can be taken from the TEH as a basis (see Annex No. 17 of the award documents), but this no longer maps the current schedule and must therefore be updated once by the Contractor on the basis of the current schedule for the construction work and agreed with the Principal.
