The Bremerhavener Entwicklungsgesellschaft Alter/Neuer Hafen BEAN intends to award a contract for the following: Conceptual design, draft, planning and site management of the redesign of the new exhibition area with the working title "Climate Change, Future Perspectives and Energy Turnaround" in the Klimahaus® Bremerhaven 8o Ost with an area of approx. 1,500 sq.m. To this end, planning services are to be provided in accordance with work phases 1-9 HOAI and additionally creative, editorial and conceptual services. In detail, this includes:- stocktaking and analysis of the existing exhibition,- development of the "storyline" or exhibition dramaturgy,- research of themes and didactic concept as well as creation of the exhibition texts,- editing for film and audio,- planning of the space-creating expansion,- planning and design of backdrops, productions, stage sets, etc.- Exhibit development and planning,- (exhibition) media planning,- (exhibition) media planning,- lighting planning,- design and planning of the graphic design and creation of the exhibition graphics,- participation in the planning of the technical expansion in relation to the exhibition and interface management with TGA, statics, fire protection, etc.- Participation in the planning of deconstruction and reconstruction measures in relation to the spatial situation and the routing, interface management with architects,- planning of deconstruction and reconstruction measures in relation to the existing exhibitions Perspectives and Offshore Centre,- investment cost estimation/calculation,- guest flow planning,- visitor guidance system.the exhibition should be conceptually designed in such a way that communication occasions for socio-politically effective campaigns and/or events can be generated, which aim to sensitise people to the topics of climate protection, energy system transformation and the Great Transformation.
