Description

The subject of the tender is the new construction of a three-room primary school with a full-day facility including a canteen and gymnasium and the new construction of an eight-group day-care centre. A total of approx. 6,350 sqm GFA(R) are to be built on the 9,920 sqm site in the Bremen district of Huchting. Approximately 3,810 square metres of this are planned for the primary school including areas for the transition to the day-care centre, 1,840 square metres for the day-care centre and 700 square metres for the new construction of a sports hall. The construction measure is part of the further development of the entire site around the Bürger- und Sozialzentrum Huchting e. V. (BuS Huchting) with various social and cultural institutions. The project is expected to be supported by federal subsidies.
The following services are to be awarded:- Structural design (work phases 1 - 4 and 6 in accordance with HOAI § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14);- Special and other services;The required services are based on the specifications of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to commission work in stages and, if necessary, in stages of construction.
