Description

Hiring a professional party on behalf of the contracting authority to co-manage the project and the implementing organisation in accordance with the Integrated Project Management (IPM) model for the redevelopment of the Stevin area. For the supervision of the UAV-GC contract and participation in the construction team, TU Delft needs to fulfil the following roles in accordance with the MPF model. An MPF team consisting of: 1) contract manager; 2) environment manager; 3) technical manager; 4) project management manager; 5) auditor and test coordinator In this case, the auditor is not part of the regular MPF team, but carries out regular checks. The environment manager, together with the project manager of TU Delft, will also be part of the construction team.
