Description

1) Construction details:- General description:On the site of the General-Steinhoff-Kaserne in Berlin Gatow, the renewal of the medium-voltage switchgear of stations 1 to 7 as well as a partial renewal of the low-voltage main distribution boards in the adjacent electrical operating rooms is planned. The supply of the property is still carried out on the medium-voltage side from the 6kV network of Vattenfall (in future 10kV). most of the buildings are buildings with masonry walls and concrete ceilings. The medium-voltage switchgear is air-insulated (e.g. manufactured by Böhning). The energy supplier is connected via a ring cable from UW Kladow. The feed into station 1 takes place separately in one of the two plant sections. The ring supply of the property is currently operated in open rings and supplies the stations 2 to 7. Some of the stations are located in the basement (without precautions against flooding). To increase the security of supply, the existing medium-voltage network of the property is equipped with a cable differential protection. The scope of the measure includes the construction of cable ducts and pipe routes, which are required for the laying of the control lines. For the effective evaluation of the switchgear states, the ZLT is extended and the various media are connected to the GLT of the property. Since this construction measure involves repair measures, public/legal proofs and approvals are not necessary. The application of the EEWärmeG is not required for the planned measures. However, there is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all benefits.
