Description

The Construction Programme comprises the following programme components: - Fixed component:1. Underground parking: realisation of an underground (or semi-subterranean) parking space for at least 50 parking spaces on a maximum of 1 underground level (see schedule of requirements), with a way out to the public road (Grossenknetenstraat). The size of this (semi) underground parking will be adapted to the footprint of the WZC building; the (semi) underground parking will be realised within the footprint of the WZC building. Once completed, this car park will be registered by the Contracting Authority in the parking policy plan of the Municipality of Evergem for this campus and the surrounding area, with a view to its possible use (in whole or in part) as a public car park.2. Residential care centre (WZC) for 94 housing units in a single room with all the necessary rooms (including its own administrative part) and equipment.3. The demolition of the current WZC Ter Caele and the construction of a green, car-free care campus and care environment, including an additional limited above-ground private car park (in addition to the underground or semi-subterranean car park) with approximately 10 parking spaces (see schedule of requirements) and the necessary lockable bicycle parking spaces and parking spaces for senior scooters.- Conditional part: A building or building section for the administrative headquarters (offices) of the healthcare company; the decision on the execution of the conditional part will be taken for the fixed part at the latest on the date of submission of the application for an environmental permit. See the project definition for the content. This building or building section operates separately and independently from the new residential care centre. It must be possible to realise the head office in a second phase and separately from the residential care centre. The board can decide whether or not to realise the head office. The service flats Ter Caele, situated adjacent to the current WZC at the rear, will remain in use, both during the construction process and also after the commissioning of the new WZC. It is important to retain maximum space in function of future development (e.g. additional assistance flats) when signing up for the site.
