The municipal multi-storey car park GmbH is planning the construction of a new multi-storey car park for approx. 320 cars west of the railway station along the railway line Regensburg - Passau. The building is expected to develop over 4 parking levels including the basement and will protect the northern buildings from the traffic noise of the railway. The property is approx. 5,300 sqm in size and is bordered in the north by an administration building (AOK). A feasibility study has been carried out and a building with a length of approx. 190 m, a width of approx. 17 m and a height of approx. 12 m is planned. The interior of the building should be column-free.The use of corrosion-resistant steel in the ceiling area is to be examined.the building project is not to be awarded to a general contractor.the architectural office Bast + Ascherl, Straubing has been commissioned with the planning, a preliminary draft is not yet available.construction is scheduled to begin in 2020; completion is autumn 2021.It can be assumed that a total of approx. EUR 7.6 million net has to be planned for the measures for cost groups 300 and 400 for the cost groups 300 and 400.information documents are provided for the project in the tender documents.The subject of the contract are the services of the technical planning for structural planning in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 1, work phases 1-6 and special services in accordance with HOAI Annex 14, No. 14.1 Work phase 4 / Proof of structural fire protection and work phase 8 / Engineering inspection.The order is placed in stages.No additional fee claims can be asserted from the step-by-step order.
