Description

The subject of the procedure is the operational introduction of a schedule and resource planning system including the administration and documentation of medical data for the Back College in Halle, including service and care services as well as any further development that may be necessary.
In order to fulfil the requirements of II.1.4), the procurement measure contains the following, non-exhaustive, service content: The aim is to ensure a fully functional, user-friendly, high-quality, high-performance and trouble-free software solution for scheduling and resource planning, including the administration and documentation of medical data for the Halle back training college of the client The marketable software solution covers the required functionalities of scheduling and resource planning, enables secure administration of the participants' master and medical data and secure administration of personal results and medical data from participation in the back training college. The exchange via technical interfaces (Health Level 7, Clinical Document Architecture, device data transfer) with the client's IT systems must be guaranteed to the extent described. Data exchange outside of the client's IT infrastructure is not part of the contract. The software solution is hosted at the client. The software must support a role-based authorization system that securely controls the authorizations for certain functionalities and also guarantees a role-specific view of the data within a functionality. The ability to make deletions in the system for all types of data must be ensured. After acceptance, the contractor shall provide service and maintenance services and provide training for the employees to the extent described.
