Framework agreements for consulting, qualification and coaching services for people interested in founding a business in the project RGZ (Regional Consulting and Qualification Project Märkisch-Oderland).With the present open procedure, the conclusion of a framework agreement with several external consulting companies for the implementation of individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services for entrepreneurs in the pre-founding phase, mainly in the district of Märkisch-Oderland in the period November 1, 2022 - December 31, 2025 is sought.
Execution of existence founder seminars (Bootcamp)The examination of establishment ideas, determination of the individual development potential of the participants and the switching of the founder knowledge takes place in the context of the existence founder seminar (Bootcamp). A Bootcamp serves the determination of the individual development potential of the participants, in particular their abilities, the enterprise personality and the guidance qualities as well as the derivative of development measures, which are conditions for a successful establishment. Further in the Bootcamp founder-relevant knowledge (entrepreneurial equipment) is to be obtained. For the execution of these existence founder Semianre external Leistungserbringer are looked for, which are bound over one the lot appropriate framework contract.AufgabenInhalt of the Bootcamp is the development of establishment ideas by knowledge transfer, the statement of the technical as well as personal and entrepreneurial suitability of the existence founders as well as the advancement of the establishment ideas. Thereupon, further recommendations for action are to be identified, further paths are to be pointed out or advice against founding is to be given. In the Bootcamp multidimensional methods are to be used for the goal reaching. The bootcamp shall be conducted in presence, online or hybrid. Hybrid or online bootcamp shall be conducted with ZOOM/ TS-Teams or similar tools with the help of visualization tools like "MURAL Board", "Miro", or similar.A bootcamp is designed for a period of two days. During these days, an analysis of the potential of the participants as well as the founding ideas and a transfer of knowledge takes place. The content of the bootcamp is in particular:- self-analysis to determine the personality profile of the participants,- evaluation of the feasibility and viability of the start-up idea of each individual willing to start up and resulting individual advice and recommendations- determination of existing deficits and elaboration of the specific need for advice as a basis for action for an individual and specific advice.The Bootcamp is to be enriched with psychological test procedures as for example DISG or AVEM, group exercises and role plays. Beyond that the following topics are to be addressed in the Bootcamp further:- What is my offer? Do I fulfill the conditions and basic conditions for the practice of the activity?- How do I calculate and finance correctly?- How do I sell my achievement?- Which marketing possibilities offer themselves for my establishment?- Which steps do I have to go up to the establishment?- In which legal context do I move as a founder?- Which is my USP and/or how do I compile my USP?- The bootcamp will also address the following topics: - What is my offer? At the end of the bootcamp, the participants present their current state of development in a short presentation of max. 5 minutes and receive from the group, the external service providers who run the bootcamp, from the RGZ, but also from partners such as banks, WFBB, employment agencies, which can be invited to the presentation or switched on online or hybrid. Subsequently, it is agreed with each participant whether further support can be provided via the RGZ or whether another path should be taken. In the case of further individual, specific consulting via the Regional Start-up Center, a start-up roadmap with the contents of the individual consulting and the scope of consulting is agreed with the participants.The consulting volume is always based on the individual consulting needs of each start-up project.The implementation of the bootcamp takes place in presence or online or hybrid in the form of:- impulse lectures, - group discussions,- exercises, - case studies,- individual discussions, - psychological test procedures and- mind map, - self-presentations of the participants.As a result, those conducting the bootcamp are to make a written individual assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of each participant, to name recommendations for action of each and to create them together with the RGZ in the start-up roadmap as well as to document them in a final report.In addition, in the case of a recommendation for further consulting, the need for consulting in the following areas is to be defined:1. Commercial / business management2. Market and industry specific3. Personal skills and requirements4. Compatibility of family and entrepreneurial activityFurthermore, statements are to be made about a predicted viability and profitability of the start-up idea.The trainers should have psychological/(social) pedagogical and commercial/business background knowledge based on the specific task as well as confidence in dealing with issues of gender mainstreaming and equal opportunities.The specific date will be coordinated 2-3 weeks in advance and depends on the number of participants.A bid price for a 2-day bootcamp is to be submitted.It is planned that 10 bootcamps will be held per year. A daily rate of 900EUR/day gross is calculated for the external service providers. The achievement contribution of individual, specific consultation/qualification and Coachingleistungen takes place according to the individually determined and in the respective establishment roadmap documented need of the existence founders at specific consultation, qualification and Coachingleistungen.For the execution of these individual, specific consultation, qualification, Coaching external Leistungserbringer are looked for, which are bound over this lot appropriate framework contract.The external service providers support the founders individually in all questions of start-up preparation such as, for example, the concretization of the business idea or the business plan / canvas, the deepening of knowledge for the start-up, in the procurement of outside capital for the start-up or business succession or in formal questions of the start-up. The following services are expected from the external service providers and can be divided into the following areas:1. Commercial / business management services2. Market and industry-specific services3. Support in improving personal skills and prerequisites4. Support in reconciling family and entrepreneurial activityAs a result of the commercial / business consulting, a business concept is to be submitted.It is to be ensured that the start-up entrepreneur to be supported knows his/her business concept and masters all relevant tools at the end of the consulting. This includes in particular:- Basics of price and offer calculation- Basics of profit calculation- Basics of accounting and receivables managementIn the case of market and industry-specific consulting, it must be ensured that those wishing to start up have at least the following knowledge:- Target groups- Customer benefits of the service/product offered/USP- Target group-specific marketing strategyIn the area of personal skills and prerequisites, the following objectives are relevant, among others:- Communication- Negotiation skills- PresentationIn the case of the compatibility of family and entrepreneurial activity, among others, the following are relevant Furthermore, the following services are expected from the external service providers:- Professional and individual advice and support for those wishing to set up a business- Viable design of the start-up idea- Business management advice- Advice on subsidies and financing and, if necessary, support for the start-up process- Active market cultivation- Development of the start-up idea- Support for the start-up process and its implementation Development and work with controlling instruments- Consolidation and further development of the entrepreneurial personality- Support and development of entrepreneurial action competence- Clarification of individual foundation formalities, rights and obligations- Specific offers for company successions/acquisitions.The RGZ reserves the right to check the scope and content of the knowledge imparted to those willing to set up a business through personal discussions in the course of final talks with those willing to set up a business.The content of the offers for advising those willing to set up a business or successors as well as focal points of the advice given to those willing to set up a business should be outlined in modules in the offer of the external service providers.The allocation of the services takes place according to the respective individual specific consulting and coaching needs of the founders of new businesses documented in advance in the start-up roadmap within the list of consultants determined as a result of the call for tenders as well as the respective competencies, skills, experience recognizable in the offer documents, taking into account the respective hourly rate and the temporal as well as spatial availability of the providers as well as the preferences of the founders.The individual, specific consulting, qualification and coaching services can be carried out in presence and/or online and/or hybrid.The consulting service rendered will have to be documented in a performance record, which must be signed by both parties. Implementation of individual practical workshops for people interested in starting a businessThe implementation of practical workshops on business-relevant topics in small groups in the pre-start-up phase is the focus of this lot.TaskPractical and individual workshops on business-relevant issues with the following content are to be carried out:- Commercial basics- Business organization- Accounting- Marketing- Sales training- Calculation- The formal path to founding- Self-management- Business succession / takeover- Franchising- Crowdfunding- Sustainable and business managementThis list of topics can be expanded by the service providers in the lot with additional offers.The service provision takes place according to the need of the existence founders/inside at Coachingleistungen.The Workshops are to become feasible in 0.5 days (4h).From the Bietern is to be submitted an outline of the practice Workshops, for which the Bieter applies inclusive fee conception net plus VAT.The concrete date is co-ordinated in each case 2-3 weeks before and is dependent on reaching the number of participants.The place of execution of the Workshops is the district Märkisch-Oderland, on-line or hybrid.
