The Technologie- und Gründerzentrum Potsdam-Mittelmark GmbH is, in accordance with the guideline for the promotion of business start-ups and business succession in the state of Brandenburg through qualification and coaching measures of the MASGF and MWE of the state of Brandenburg in the EU funding period 2014-2020 (business start-up guideline) of 22 November 2017, project sponsor for the project "Regional pilot service for the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark", which is funded with subsidies from the European Social Fund and the state of Brandenburg. The period of validity of the guideline was extended by means of a decree of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy on 14 May 2019, initially until 31 December 2021 and then ultimately until 31 October 2022. A grant and amendment notice has been issued. As the project executing agency, TGZ Potsdam-Mittelmark GmbH intends to award contracts for the implementation of development centres, individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services as well as in-depth knowledge transfer in group coaching sessions in accordance with the aforementioned directive.
Implementation of development centres (DC)A development centre serves to determine the individual development potential of the participants, in particular their skills such as entrepreneurial personality and leadership qualities, as well as to derive development measures that are a prerequisite for a successful start-up. In addition, start-up ideas are worked out and tested in development centres. External service providers are sought for the implementation of these development centres and are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot. Coaching in the sense of the business start-up guideline offers the participant support in clarifying and implementing concrete goals and is a combination of individual specific counselling, personal feedback and practice-oriented training.The service provision of individual specific counselling, qualification and coaching services in the pre-start-up phase takes place according to the individually determined needs of a participant documented in the start-up roadmap. The essential consulting contents are therefore defined by the respective requirements of the specific start-up project and differ in their content-related focal points. Several external service providers are sought for the implementation of these individual specific consulting, qualification and coaching services, which are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot. As an accompanying measure for the participants, group coaching is offered by the pilot service at various locations in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark. For reasons of expediency, group coaching sessions can also be offered and carried out as online or hybrid events in agreement with all participants. The aim is for participants to acquire specific in-depth qualifications relevant to their start-up project. This should make it easier for them to deal with business-related tasks of the future company. The group coaching is preceded by a competence assessment of the individual through a needs analysis by the pilot service in order to identify development topics. Group coaching is individually coordinated with participants for whom the same development areas are important in their start-up preparation. Several external service providers are sought for the implementation of group coaching for the in-depth knowledge transfer of company-relevant topics in the pre-start-up phase, who are bound by a framework agreement corresponding to this lot.
