The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), has a requirement for a service agreement for a base year and four 12 month options on 2 Ventana Discovery Ultras.

The service agreement should include
Unlimited service visits including labor hours, travel time and expenses Monday - Friday excluding holidays by certified original equipment manufacturer (OEM) personnel
48 hour targeted onsite labor response
1 Preventative Maintenance performed during a 12 month period on all equipment
Maintenance and repairs done in accordance with OEM specifications and original OEM parts
All necessary parts
Software revisions
Unlimited telephone and online support
