Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of electronic equipment and devices together with the necessary software and licenses. The order consists of two tasks (parts):1: Delivery of Firewall devices with additional network management functionality, installation and system configuration. The contractor is obliged to deliver at least: NG Firewall device type 1 - 2 pcs., NG Firewall device type 2 - 6 pcs., NG Firewall device type 3 - 3 pcs., central network management system, all of the necessary licenses and guarantees; configuration, implementation, testing and start-up of devices; training, implementation project and as-built documentation.2: Delivery of a new disk space management and backup system together with installation, system configuration, access assurance, data migration, access to disk space, ensuring cooperation with the existing tape library, expansion with new disk space by at least 200 TB.
Delivery of Firewall devices with additional network management functionalities, system installation and configuration. As part of the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to deliver at least: a) NG Firewall device type 1 - 2 pcs. FINA headquarters, Wałbrzyska 3/5;b) NG Firewall device type 2 - 6 pcs. Puławska, Chełmska, Kino iluzjonon;c) NG Firewall device type 3 - 3 pcs. Wałbrzyska 6/12 object, Regu³y, £ód¼;d) central network management system;e) all necessary licenses and guarantees;f) configuration, implementation, testing and start-up of devices;g) training for users;h) implementation project and as-built documentation.1General requirements.The Contractor, together with the implementation design, shall provide the Employer with a statement from the manufacturer or the manufacturer's authorized distributor on the territory of Poland, that the offered solution comes from an authorized distribution channel on the territory of Poland. All delivered hardware and software must come from the authorized sales channel of manufacturers. Additionally, the hardware must be reported in the manufacturers' database as sold and registered to the Orderer. The Purchaser reserves the right to control the registration directly with the manufacturers.The Contractor must be an authorized partner of the manufacturer of the offered solutions, who can provide service based on the manufacturer's services.The Contractor or its subcontractor should have a minimum of 2 engineers for installation and configuration of security solutions offered by the manufacturer, of which a minimum of 1 certified professional (or appropriate) level engineer and a minimum of 1 lower level engineer. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor be insured against civil liability in respect of its business activities related to the subject matter of the contract for an amount not less than PLN 1 500 000 (say: one million five hundred thousand zlotys) for an unlimited number of events or an amount specifying the amount of compensation for one event. A copy of the paid policy will be an attachment to the agreement. The Contractor shall be obliged to maintain continuity of the concluded insurance contract throughout the term of performance of the Agreement under the terms and conditions set forth in the ToR, including payment of all due premiums. At each request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall be obliged to submit evidence of compliance with insurance conditions, including evidence of payment of premiums. If, together with evidence of payment of premiums, the Contractor fails to provide any of the requested insurance contracts, the Ordering Party shall be able to take out insurance that the Contractor should have provided. The costs incurred by the Contracting Authority while paying the insurance premiums may be deducted from the Remuneration due to the Contractor and from the performance bond. Task 2: Delivery of a new storage management and backup system including installation, configuration of the system with the following functionality: a) high-performance access from workstations and servers via high-performance FiberChannel links while ensuring multi-accessibility for all file systems for individual clients. As part of the implementation, all currently used clients of systems connected to the SAN should be migrated to the new system while maintaining the current access levels; b) access to disk space over the IP network for an unlimited number of clients via 10Gbps Ethernet LAN. Within the implementation, the migration of client systems using the access to the current disk space management systems via LAN shall be carried out. The system must support at least CISF and NFS protocols; c) cooperate with the existing AEL6000 tape library (possessed by the Orderer) with the possibility of backing up defined resources, versioning files as well as transferring materials to be archived outside the main archive system (in the form of separate files); d) enable expansion with new disk space by connecting additional arrays of at least 200TB capacity.The Contractor must be an authorized partner of the manufacturer of the offered solutions, who can provide service based on the manufacturer's services. The Contractor should have at least one engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience as a service technician confirmed by the manufacturer of the offered hardware/software - a certificate of the manufacturer of the offered equipment. Optionally, the Contractor may provide two or more engineers with the experience and certificates described above (additionally scored in the offer). The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor be insured against civil liability in respect of its business activity related to the subject matter of the contract, for an amount not less than PLN 1,500,000 (say: one million five hundred thousand zlotys) for an unlimited number of events, nor an amount specifying the amount of compensation for one event. A copy of the paid policy will be an attachment to the agreement.
