Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of servers for virtualization of network environments and data storage servers, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the technical specification of the subject matter of the contract contained in Part IV of the ToR (hereinafter referred to as the "technical specification").
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of servers for virtualization of network environments and data warehouse servers, pursuant to the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the technical specification of the subject matter of the contract contained in part IV of the ToR (hereinafter referred to as the "technical specification"). The scope of the subject matter of the contract also includes granting a guarantee and performing the services resulting from the guarantee. The guarantee requirements have been included in these ToR. The delivered subject matter of the order must be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, and in the case of hardware - excluding the use necessary to test its correct operation. The delivered subject matter of the order must come from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer covering also the European Union market, ensuring in particular the execution of guarantee rights.The subject matter of the contract will be delivered with operating instructions, drivers and any accompanying software necessary for the correct use of these elements (obtaining the full functionality indicated in the technical specification). The delivered subject matter of the contract intended to be supplied from the mains must be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power sockets, unless otherwise indicated in the technical specification.The offered subject of the order on the day of preparing the offer cannot be foreseen by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale.Additional requirements for the subject of the order under part no. 1a) The Ordering Party reserves that in case of hard disk failure the disk remains with the Ordering Party.b) The service of the devices must be performed in a manner that does not violate the manufacturer's warranty conditions.c) The possibility of checking the hardware configuration of the array and warranty conditions by phone, after giving the serial number directly at the manufacturer or its representative.d) Access to the latest controllers and updates on the website of the manufacturer of the set is realized by giving the serial number or model of the array on the dedicated website of the manufacturer.Type and number of deliveries: - server - 2 pcs.
