The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA Suppliers .
This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-1800LS/065/ZH. All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract.
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (the “Client”) for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The Fixed-Wing Search and Rescue Aircraft Replacement project has a requirement for one (1) Senior Learning Advisor to support its Training Program Development activities. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for two (2) year(s), plus three (1) one-year irrevocable option periods allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program. The Defence production Act defines Canadian Controlled Goods as certain goods listed in Canada’s Export Control List, a regulation made pursuant to the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA).
