Description

The expected mission consists in providing support and expertise in terms of engineering, technical and logistical organisation of events to support DGEFP in the development and conduct of events enabling it to fulfil its missions as managing and coordinating authority for the ESF and the EJI. In order to assist DGEFP in optimizing communication within the network, the incumbent will be asked to provide 2 main types of services: - advise and assist DGEFP in the organization and deployment of events (workshops, work meetings and seminars/conferences),- provide its expertise and be a source of proposals in the organization of events. This contract consists of 3 missions:- mission 1: support for the preparation and organisation of meetings or seminars covering a general assistance function,- mission 2: advice and facilitation recommendations in terms of internal or external communication engineering and definition of implementation methods (physical and intangible),- mission 3: specific internal and institutional communication facilitation services covering event needs and mobilising new educational and membership tools in connection with meetings/seminars.
