Description

The purpose of the contract is to supply labels and associated consumables (reminder) for the GHUC. It is divided into 6 lots. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with order forms within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the CCP, which is executed by the issue of successive order forms under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP. The Framework Agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and without minimum but with a maximum. For each of the beneficiary establishments, the estimated quantities are specified in the appendix "Estimated quantities and distribution between the establishments" and in the unit price lists (which are freely available on the website https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr). The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities. The holder undertakes to provide the following maximum amounts

The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities of labels and labelling clips. The Framework Agreement with purchase orders is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum. The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities of other labels on rolls. The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by applying the unit prices to the estimated quantities of printed labels. The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by the application of unit prices to the estimated quantities of Gomette-type labels.
