Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of direct physical protection of persons and property of buildings and properties of the Branch Office of the Social Insurance Institution in Olsztyn (building at 4, 1 Maja 10 Street, ul. Kołobrzeska 8) and subordinate units (ZUS Inspectorate in Bartoszyce, Działdów, Ełk, Giżycko, Kętrzyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Szczytno; ZUS Territorial Office in Mrągowo, Nidzica) and maintenance of local alarm systems in the anti-burglary monitoring system in the buildings of the subordinate ZUS Territorial Office in Gołdap, Pisz, in the Information Point in Węgorzewo and in the premises rented for the needs of I/ZUS in Giżycko.2A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached to the ToR.
Providing services of protection of persons and property in the Social Insurance Institution's Inspectorate in Bartoszyce, Działdów, Lidzbark Warmiński, Szczytno and the Social Insurance Institution's Area Office in Nidzica. The terms and conditions of order execution are included in the description of the subject of the order constituting an appendix to the GMS and in the model agreement constituting an appendix to the GMS. Rendering the service of protection of persons and property in the Social Insurance Institution's Inspectorate in Ełk, Giżycko, Kętrzyn and in the Social Insurance Institution's Territorial Office in Mrągowo, Gołdap and Pisz as well as in the Social Insurance Institution's Information Point in Węgorzewo. The terms and conditions of order execution are included in the description of the subject of the order constituting an appendix to the GMS and in the model agreement constituting an appendix to the GMS. Providing security services for persons and property in the buildings of the Social Insurance Institution's Branch in Olsztyn, at 4, 1 Maja 10 Street and 8 Kołobrzeska Street. The terms and conditions of order performance are included in the description of the subject matter of the order constituting an appendix to the GMS and in the model agreement constituting an appendix to the GMS.
