The consultation will give rise to a framework agreement for a single-awarded contract with order forms, pursuant to Article R. 2162-4.3o of the public procurement code, concluded with no minimum or maximum amount.AU of previous consumption: La Maison du Boulanger: estimated annual amount EUR 172 000 excluding VAT + Ille de Troyes: estimated annual amount EUR 104 000 excluding VAT + Troyes Champagne Métropole: estimated annual amount EUR 40 000 excluding VAT + CMAS de Troyes: estimated annual amount EUR 25 000 (excluding VAT).In accordance with Article L. 2113-11 of the Public Procurement Code, the breakdown into lots could make it technically more difficult and financially more costly to perform the services. In accordance with Article L. 2113-11 of the Public Order Code, breaking down the contract into batches could make it technically more difficult and financially more expensive to perform the services. It seems more consistent to have the same service provider perform the various tasks required within this contract (SSIAP, security agent, inspection rounds, etc.), particularly during the same event. The presence of several agents from different incumbent companies would complicate the coordination of operations.
