Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of two pieces of radio waves jamming machines. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2 to the ToR - Technical Specification No. 4/T/BLP/KGP/2020.Note: Technical Specification No. 4/T/BLP/KGP/2020 contains information of confidential nature within the meaning of Article 8(2a) of the PPL Act, which cannot be made available on general terms. The Economic Operator/subcontractor and their employees are obliged not to disclose this information to third parties both during the public procurement procedure and after the announcement of its result and after conclusion of the agreement with the selected Economic Operator. In order to gain access to the contents of the technical specification, contractors shall be obliged to submit a written request to the Contracting Authority together with a declaration of confidentiality of the information obtained. Pursuant to the disposition of art. 37 item 6 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority, in chapter IV item 1 of the ToR, specifies the rules of making the Technical Specification No. 4/T/BLP/KGP/2020 available.

Technical Specification (OPZ) constituting Annex no. 2 to the ToR will be made available upon request of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of chapter IV item 1 of the ToR.
