Description
The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a contract to retain security and safety services for Héma-Québec's various sites. The requirements are for 24-hour services during all calendar days. Two lots were created, lot 1 for the Montreal area and lot 2 for the Quebec City area. Bidders may respond to only one lot or may make a proposal for both lots. The evaluation will be carried out in batches. For lot 1, the agents required for the main services will be located at 4045 de la Côte-Vertu Boulevard in Montréal; for lot 2, the agents will be located at 1070 des Sciences-de-la-Vie Avenue in Québec City.
SITE VISIT
No site visits will be made.
CONTRACT TERM
The term of the contract is 3 years and does not include a renewal option.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
No bidding or performance security is required in this call for tenders.
