Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 24" and 34" monitors, specified in Attachment No. 2 A-B to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "equipment", according to current needs. The offered equipment should be brand new, come from the current production (min. 2021), have the appropriate certificates allowing its sale and use in the Republic of Poland. 2) The Contractor shall provide free of charge warranty service of the equipment;3) The scope of the contract shall also include delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's registered office together with unloading and delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party;
1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 24" monitors 1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 24" monitors (100 pieces), specified in appendix no. 2 A to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "equipment", according to current needs. The offered equipment should be brand new, come from the current production (min. 2021), have the appropriate certificates allowing its sale and use in the Republic of Poland. 2) The Economic Operator shall provide free of charge warranty service for the equipment;3) The scope of the contract shall also include delivery of the equipment to the Ordering Party's registered office together with unloading and carrying to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.4) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is enclosed as Attachment 2 A to the SWZ;5) 1) The subject contract will be executed for 12 months from the date of signing the contract (or until the quantities of the ordered equipment specified in the SWZ are exhausted, if this occurs before this deadline), according to the current needs of the Ordering Party, successively, in batches and on the basis of partial orders placed by the Ordering Party in electronic form or in writing. Completion of individual orders: up to 40 days from receiving a partial order. The Contractor may shorten the deadline for completion of individual orders in relation to the required deadline indicated above. An offer providing for a shorter completion deadline will receive points in the evaluation of the offers using the criterion of selection of the most advantageous offer.6) The required minimum warranty period for the offered equipment is: 36 months (for both parts). 7) Required service response time: within 4 working days from the notification of defect at the latest (for both parts). The Contractor may shorten the offered service response time as compared to the required time indicated above. An offer providing for a shorter service response time shall be awarded points in the evaluation of the offers using the criterion for selection of the most advantageous offer.8) Detailed conditions for performance of the contract and terms of payment are contained in the model contract attached as appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference.9) The Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding any contracts for additional deliveries as defined in art. 214 par. 1 item 8 of the PPL Act.10) The Contracting Authority does not provide for additional requirements connected with performance of the contract relating to social, economic, environmental, innovation, employment or confidentiality of information provided to the contractor in the course of performance of the contract;11) The Contracting Authority does not provide for a restricted clause within the meaning of Art. 94 of the PPL Act;12) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to employ a contract of employment referred to in Art. 95 of the PPL Act.13) The Contracting Authority does not provide for an obligation of personal performance of tasks relating to the work of set-up and installation by individual contractors jointly seeking the award of the contract within the meaning of Article 60 of the PPL Act or relating to the participation of entities making available resources within the meaning of Article 121 of the PPL Act. 1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of 34" monitors (10 pieces), specified in appendix no. 2 B to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "equipment", according to current needs.
