Description

- the award procedure used is the open invitation to tender, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1o and R. 2131-16 to R. 2131-17, R. 2161-5 of the Public Purchase Order Code; - a purchase order contract in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-4 1o and R. 2162-4 1o and R. 2162-5 of the Public Purchase Order Code; - a purchase order contract in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-4 1o and R. 2162-5 of the Public Purchase Order Code. 2162-13 and 14 of the Code de la commande publique with a minimum and a maximum number of annual orders; - the contract comprises three lots as described in the consultation documents; - variants in relation to the subject of the framework agreement and at the initiative of the candidates are not authorised; - any additional services: not applicable.
- purchase of books and textbooks for the city's nursery and primary schools for a minimum annual amount excluding VAT of EUR 5 000 and a maximum annual amount excluding VAT of EUR 27 000. - lot 2 - purchase of school and educational supplies for handicrafts, artistic and other activities for nursery and elementary schools, leisure centres, the toy library and the city's municipal youth area, for a minimum annual amount of EUR 20 000 (excluding VAT) and a maximum annual amount of EUR 100 000 (excluding VAT). - lot No 3 - purchase of games and toys for nursery and elementary schools, leisure centres (age group 3 to 16 years), the toy library (age group 3 to adult) and the city's municipal youth area, for a minimum annual amount of EUR 5 000 (excluding VAT) and a maximum annual amount of EUR 15 000 (excluding VAT).
