Description

The city of Schopfheim is the school authority of the Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium and the Friedrich-Ebert-Gemeinschaftsschule in Schopfheim. Both schools offer lunchtime meals, in the Theodor-Heuss-School the canteen also offers snacks, and the canteen at the grammar school is run by a contractual partner who is a provider of school meals. The Friederich-Ebert-Schule is currently supplied with hot lunch from the canteen of the grammar school. The city of Schopfheim (hereinafter referred to as the client) is planning the conversion and new construction of the cafeteria building at the Friedrich-Ebert-School. The completion of the reconstruction/new building is planned for the school year 2022/2023. From then on, in addition to the pupils* of the Friedrich-Ebert-Schule, pupils* of the Johann-Peter-Hebel-Schule will also be able to take part in the lunchtime meals. It could be replaced by a delivery of the food components in a temperature-decoupled form (Cook&Freeze or Cook&Chill). 14.9.2020, lot 1 will be tendered for the supply of the cafeteria at the Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium and the Friedrich-Ebert-Schule. The town of Schopfheim is the school authority for the Max-Metzger-Schule primary school and the Marktplatz and Langenau day-care centres in Schopfheim. Lunch is provided in all places of need as part of the appropriate childcare facilities, and the primary school and the daycare centres have serving kitchens. There is no space for cooling and regeneration equipment or storage space. For this reason, the children in these places can only be provided with hot meals (Cook & Hold system), starting on 7.9.2020 for the day care centres and 14.9.2020 for the primary school.
