1. supply and installation of school furniture in the project "Academy of exemplary education" co-financed by the European Union - European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-20202. main subject:CPV: 39.16.00.00-1Nomenclature according to CPV: School furniture3. Main place of supply: 1) Sports Primary School No. 3 named after Pol. Olimpijczyków w Elblągu, 6 Agrykola St.;2) Kornel Makuszyńskiego Primary School No. 11, 34 Korczaka St.;3) Mikołaja Kopernika Primary School No. 21, 1 Z. Godlewskiego St.;4) Janusz Kusociński Primary School No. 25, 3 Wyżynna St.
The subject matter of the contract is the delivery and installation of school furniture in the project "Academy of exemplary education".2.The contract is financed under the Regional Operational Programme of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2. Personnel for the economy, Measure 2.2. Raising the quality of educational offer focused on the development of key competencies of students, Division 2.2.2.The scope of the contract includes: - delivery of furniture to 4 Elbląg primary schools,- delivery and placement of furniture,- assembly, if required.A detailed description of the scope of the contract, including the destination of furniture delivery, is included in the PRICE LIST constituting APPENDIX No. 8 to the SWZ.4Delivery and assembly of school furniture is for the needs of classes within the implementation of the project No. RPWM 02.02.02-28-0002/20. The purchase of equipment is necessary to meet the objectives of the project, i.e. to improve key competencies and universal skills among pupils of primary schools in Elbląg..14):The file (original guarantee or surety, in an electronic form) shall be submitted together with a bid using the Bid Submission Form available for this procedure on the website of the conducted procedure.c.d. the provisions of section VI.3):e) Article 109, item 1, point 1 of the PPL Act, regarding violation of obligations concerning payment of local taxes and fees referred to in the Local Taxes and Fees Act of 12 January 1991 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1170),If the Economic Operator has a seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of documents mentioned in section VI.3)3. item 1), 3)-5) of the notice - shall submit the documents specified in § 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 23 December 2020 on subjective evidence and other documents or statements which may be required by the Contracting Authority from the Economic Operator (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2415).
