Description
The procurement procedure used shall be: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3º of the CCP. The framework agreement is concluded for the period from 6 July 2020 to 31 August 2022. It has no minimum and a maximum of EUR 600,000.00 exclusive of tax for the entire period. The school canteens will operate every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of each week for approximately 139 days and for lunch only the ALSH. "Le Val Joyeux" operates in July and August. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). The estimated number of meals is: 4,800 (breakfasts, lunches and snacks). A visit to the kitchens for candidates who wish to do so can be organized in May if the health crisis allows it.
