- the delegated service is that of the public service of the collective catering of the town of Berre-l'Étang. The town of Berre-l'Étang entrusts the delegated service provider with the task of managing its public catering service and undertakes to place at its disposal, for the performance of its mission, all the goods and equipment at its disposal. This public catering service will be delegated by way of a concession for a period of 3 years;- the submission of applications and tenders is subject to a compulsory visit to the central kitchen and the offices, so that the applicants can fully acquaint themselves with the constraints of the site and the equipment that will be made available to the concessionaire for the production of meals. The visits are organised collectively on the following dates:-- 1st meeting: Wednesday 18.3.2020 at 9.00 am:1) Meeting point for the visit of the offices from 8.30 am: Service de la Commande Publique - Place du Souvenir Français - Cadaroscum - 2nd level - 13130 Berre-l'Étang;2) Meeting point for the visit of the central kitchen from 2.00 pm: Cuisine Centrale de Berre-l'Étang - 7 allée Henri Becquerel - Zone Euroflory Parc - CD 21 F - 13130 Berre-l'Étang;3) 2nd meeting: Wednesday 25.3.2020 at 9.00 am:Meeting point for the visit of the offices from 8.30 am: - Service de la Commande PubliquePlace du Souvenir Français - Cadaroscum - 2nd level - 13130 Berre-l'Étang;Meeting point for the visit of the central kitchen from 2.00 pm:Cuisine Centrale de Berre-l'Étang - 7 allée Henri Becquerel - Zone Euroflory Parc - Cd 21 F13130 Berre-l'Étang.Candidates will register on one of the two dates that suits them, at the latest 3 calendar days before the date of the visit, by sending an email from the city's buyer profile.
