Telematic open procedure for the entrusting of the low environmental impact school catering service - organic canteen of the Municipality of Castelnuovo Magra (SP) for four school years for Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary 1st grade schools- CIG 92242289BE
The purpose of the contract is to entrust the school catering service through the management of the Meal Production Center located in the Municipality of Castelnuovo Magra where meals are prepared for the Preschools, Primary and Secondary Schools of 1st grade located in the Municipality. The service may be extended to other users authorized by the Contracting Authority, even on an occasional basis and, in that case, even with different modalities to those indicated in the CSA (e.g., citizens who for temporary emergency causes cannot provide their own meal preparation). The Cooking Center in which the economic operator will have to place its staff, based on the average data for the period prior to the health emergency from Covid 19, will have to meet the quantity of meals for an assumed total annual number of 55,000 meals per year. In relation also to the current health emergency, the Municipal Administration of Castelnuovo Magra (SP) reserves the right to agree on different ways of carrying out the service, with a possible reshaping of the contractual conditions, if the conditions are met, in agreement with the contractor.
