Lot 1: concerns 24 locations with a total floor area of approximately 23 850 m2. Within the location, offices/meeting rooms, sanitary facilities, classrooms and traffic areas can be distinguished. For lot 1, the tendering procedure concerns a 'social tendering procedure' and is reserved for 'social entrepreneurs' as described in Section 2.82 of the 2012 Procurement Act. In accordance with Section 2.82 of the 2012 Procurement Act, participation in this tendering procedure is reserved for sheltered workshops and entrepreneurs whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged persons. At least 30 % of the employees of these workshops or undertakings are disabled or disadvantaged workers Entrepreneurs who are unable to comply with the social requirements set out in this tender document will not be admitted to the tender procedure. Lot 2: concerns 11 locations with a total of approximately 5 475 m2 floor space. Within the site, offices/meeting rooms, sanitary areas, classrooms and traffic areas can be distinguished. Lot 3: concerns 7 locations with a total of approximately 4 850 m2 floor space. Within the site, offices/meeting rooms, sanitary areas, classrooms and traffic areas can be distinguished. Lot 4: concerns 12 locations with a total of approximately 12 165 m2 floor space. Within the site, offices/meeting rooms, sanitary areas, classrooms and traffic areas can be distinguished.
