Description

The contract is for the school catering service in the municipality of Castelfranco di Sotto (PI) for pupils of the nursery, kindergartens, primary schools and school staff entitled, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health (Unified Conference Provision of 29.4.2010) and the guidelines issued by the Region of Tuscany (Resolution 28.12.2010, n. 1 127) approved by D.G.R. n. 898 of 13.9.2016. The provisions contained in these guidelines supplement these specifications, in particular as regards the content of the following Title II (menus and weights), Title III (characteristics of foodstuffs), Title IV (production hygiene and preparation technology), Title V (packaging, transport and distribution) and Title VI (hygiene of cooking centre and consumer terminal equipment and premises).1. Production of meals at the centralized kitchen made available to ASSPL, located in Piazza Garibaldi, in Castelfranco di Sotto, in a sufficient number to meet the needs of users as identified in the following art.3. The ASSP reserves the right to transfer the centralised kitchen to other specially identified rooms.2. Transport of meals, using suitable means and containers, to the school complexes involved in the service, as identified in detail in paragraph 3 below. Service of sporzionamento of the meals at the individual school complexes, where there is no ATA staff, or when this is present to an insufficient extent. It should be noted that at present ATA staff are present at the school complex in Piazza Garibaldi in sufficient numbers for the above task. In the event that ATA personnel are not available, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide this service with its own personnel on the basis of the price offered in the tender.4. Complete reorganization of the rooms, by washing the dishes, sanitizing the rooms and equipment, in accordance with the technical specifications prepared by ASSPL.5. Supply of all the necessary consumables for the complete performance of the service.6. Realization of educational and promotional initiatives.7. Participation in regular meetings with the established Canteen Commission.8. Service of fragmentation of food at the nursery and kindergarten aimed at preventing the risk of suffocation in infants and children, as indicated in the regional guidelines approved by DGR No 898 of 13.9.2016.Meals must be served in the following schools: - Municipal nursery school "Il bruco" (Castelfranco di Sotto, Piazza Giusti), - Kindergarten (Castelfranco di Sotto, Piazza Garibaldi 5), - Kindergarten (Castelfranco di Sotto, via Solferino 3).- Scuola dell'Infanzia (Villa Campanile, via Ulivi 168),- Scuola Primaria (Castelfranco di Sotto, via Magenta 18),- Scuola Primaria (Orentano, via Martiri della Libertà 58). Meals must not be served in the "Caterpillar" crèche.
