Description

In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded without a minimum or maximum amount for school restaurants, home delivery and independent residences, crèches and nurseries:- the framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded for a period from the first day of the 2020 school holidays to the last day of school before the 2023 summer holidays. It is renewable twice, by express renewal, for a period of 6 months. There is a preparation period between the notification date and the last school day before the summer holidays of 2020 for leisure facilities and Cholet Sports Loisirs activities: - the framework agreement with purchase orders was concluded for a period from 1.9.2020 to the last school day before the summer holidays of 2023. It is renewable twice, by express renewal, for a period of 6 months. A preparation period is planned between the date of notification and 1.9. 2020.
