Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the design and construction, including delivery of a large-scale reduction model for the Maritime Academy in Szczecin for the project "Floating Facilities Operation Center" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014-2020Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, description of the contracting authority's requirements for implementation and acceptance are specified:- description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1a (task No. 1) and 1b (task No. 2) to the SWZ, - draft provisions of the contract specified in the model contract attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the aforementioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract under Article 226 (1) (5) of the PPL Act.
