Manufacture of complete, operable sanitary systems as complete installation including all attachments and necessary accessories required for proper functioning, consisting of the sewage system for sewage and rainwater, the drinking water supply including the equipment according to the description, the fire extinguishing technology (if included) and all accessories required for proper functioning of all systems described above.) The second construction stage is the extension (new construction) of the underground lines: July/August 2019 (with construction of the floor slab in advance):- Start of raw assembly: March 2020,- Completion: October 2020.2) Construction phase is the conversion of the existing building:- Start: September 2021,- Completion: April 2022.a construction schedule will be drawn up in consultation between the contractor and the client before work begins. Depending on the progress of construction, all services are to be completed for the individual sections upon request without undue delay.
