Description

Subject of the measure is the sanitary installation of the new laboratory building of the Städtische Kliniken München - pipelines within the building up to DN 50: approx. 1,400 m, - pipelines for treated water (soft water, demineralised water and permeate water) up to DN 50: approx. 550 m, - sewage pipelines within the building up to DN 125: approx. 520 m. Pipelines: The pipelines must meet the requirements of drinking water hygiene. Stainless steel (pressed) is used as pipe material for all pipes. During installation, make sure that there are no pressing points in the floor structure, but always in pre-walls or dry walls. All pipes for treated water must be cleaned and disinfected before installation. All shut-off valves and components must be dismantled into their individual parts before assembly. These must be cleaned and disinfected with approved processing materials and disinfection procedures in accordance with §11 TrinkwV before the components are installed. Piping - waste water: - sound-insulating drain pipe with plug-in sleeve, PP pipe (mineral-reinforced), - ready for installation with inserted rubber sealing ring, - connection by integrally moulded sleeves or with double sleeves, supply via the existing building house A of the hospital. The supply is subdivided into drinking water (of which the new laboratory is supplied with process water) and demineralised water (supply and return) for the supply of the laboratories. The pipes are routed from the basement of the existing building via a media duct, which connects the existing building with the new building, to the building connection room. Stagnation is counteracted by continuously circulating the installations, which are designed as ring pipelines. The air conditioning systems (adiabatic humidification) are supplied by means of decentralised generation via a reverse osmosis system and subsequent cuttings in the technical room of the new laboratory on the ground floor. Surfaces, components and fastening constructions that come into contact with drinking water at a later date must be reliably protected. All surfaces and constructions of the visual installation must be wipe and disinfectant-resistant (disinfectant-resistant surfaces and materials according to DGUV 213-850 etc.).
