Description

The purpose of this contract is to set up and maintain a reservation, sales and access control system for the Louvre Museum's ticketing system. The project is referred to as "Arion" in the following. The Epml is looking for: - an information system - a "customer-facing" ecosystem (points of contact and sales) that will enable it to sell and reserve the entire epml catalog in an omni-channel fashion, both online and on site, to welcome visitors, manage visitor flows, and control access. - A partner who knows how to position itself as an expert consultant on the technological and customer behavioral levels, i.e., who offers adapted project support and advice based on knowledge and anticipation of technological and behavioral evolutions. The technical specifications are detailed in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P)
