You must be able to provide online and in-house training programmes for healthcare specialists on:
- healthcare management
- nursing courses
You must also be able to provide specialised courses for, but are not limited to:
- oncology
- surgery
- ophthalmology
The Medical Cluster is a Private Public Partnership project.
It is located at the Skolkovo Innovation Centre in Moscow. It was created by the city government to attract the best foreign medical technology to Russia, including:
- modern equipment
- R&D opportunities
- training programmes
