Description
Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH (BIM) is planning the complete renovation of a listed restaurant in the property Kiehnwerderallee 2 in 12437 Berlin, including roof sealing and plumbing works as well as the substructure for the planned cladding with wooden lamellas on the facades and roof surfaces of a newly built kitchen building.
Overview of the main services:- approx. 320 m2 of concrete roof surfaces, roof pitch 12o, provided with vapour barrier, thermal insulation, plastic sealing membrane;- in sealed roof surface approx. 260 metal supports incl. Delivery and installation of 18 securants including PPE;- Delivery and installation of approx. 180 m zinc sheet rainwater downpipes and 22 standpipes;- Production and installation of approx. 22 rainwater inlets according to architect's detail.
