Description

New construction of a university inclusive double-grade primary and 4-grade comprehensive school for 200 primary and 900 grammar school pupils as well as 80 students with a three-field sports hall and single-field gymnasium as well as an underground car park in solid construction. The building site is located west of Cologne city centre on Vogelsanger Strasse between Ehrenfeldgürtel and Heliosstrasse and covers an area of approximately 11,000 m2.
The floor height of the ground floor will be +49.85 m NHN. The building consists of a main building and an annex, each of which is 4 storeys high and is connected both underground and on the 3rd floor. The floor height of the top floor will be +62.09 m NHN, which is 12.24 m above the floor height of the ground floor. The largest part of the building is 17.15 m high, only the part of the building at the south-west corner of the plot has a height of 21 m above FFB of the ground floor.- Sloping PUR insulation: approx. 6,750 m2;- Bituminous, 2-layer flat roof sealing: approx. 6,900 m2;- Zinc sheet attic covers: approx. 800 m;- Flat roof and emergency drains: approx. 88 pieces;- SHEVS dark flaps and flat roof windows: approx. 30 pieces;- Security system: approx. 90 posts;- Extensive roof greening: approx. 4,550 m2;- Modular skylight: 1 piece.
