Description
Roofing and plumbing work as part of the renovation of a school building on a school grounds consisting of a total of 5 components. Here BT4 - classrooms with teacher's room, administration and auditorium Part of the roof LV for component 4 are, among other things, the dismantling of the existing roof structure, roof insulation, roof sealing, attic coverings and the preparation of a 2nd RW on a flat roof surface. - Roof sealing and roof insulation on existing reinforced concrete roof areas of approx. 1 350 sqm, - approx. 20 sqm roof sealing on new reinforced concrete flat roof areas, - approx. 50 m foil covering on flat inclined new concrete roof, - 2 smoke exhaust openings on reinforced concrete roof areas, - 2 light domes, square on existing roof, - 3 light domes, rectangular on existing roof, - approx. 450 running metres of parapet coverings or flat roof end profile, - Securants as cable system, - Preparation of a 2nd escape route consisting of concrete slabs on mortar bags, - Emergency drainage, - Flat roof inlets.
