Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the lease of diesel multiple units intended for the operation of selected railway lines together with the provision of maintenance and revisory services. 2 The tender procedure is conducted as an open tender under the Act of 11 September 2019. - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended), hereinafter referred to as "PPL Act" or "PPL". (3) The contract in question is a sector contract.
(1) The subject matter of the order is lease of DMUs to operate selected railway lines together with maintenance and inspection services. DMUs will operate the following connections: Zagórz - Zagórz/Łupków, Kraków - Nysa - Jelenia Góra, Zagórz - Kraków - Nysa - Kłodzko Miasto, in the timetable 2021/22 (hereinafter referred to as "RJ 21/22"). 2) perform the contract in accordance with the valid RJ 21/22 timetable while meeting the specified quantitative, qualitative and technical requirements; 3) agree to have the vehicle covered by the customer in accordance with his design and without the need to return to the original painting after the termination of the contract; 4) refuel (provide fuel and perform refueling activities) trains Wetlina (6)-(7) running in version C to Kłodzko.SZT must have up-to-date documents allowing for operation in the territory of the Republic of Poland.5 The Ordering Party will provide traction and conductor crews.6The Ordering Party will provide the contractor with a free of charge track in the repair hall for traction vehicles with an inspection canal for maximum one vehicle at a time in location Kraków Prokocim after prior agreement.7 The Ordering Party will be obliged to refuel the PMU with the exception of refueling mentioned in rec. 3 p. 4 above i.e. refueling of the Wetlina train running in C version to Kłodzko. Refuelling of trains Wetlina (6)-(7) running in C version to Kłodzko will be the Contractor's obligation.8.
