Description

With the realization of the N285 North peripheral road Zevenbergen, the province wants to relieve the core of Zevenbergen of the through traffic in east-west direction and strengthen the quality of life, the environment and the spatial quality. The new road must comply with the spatial quality framework, ensure good harmony between the necessary accommodation of supra-regional activity and give a significant boost to the quality of life in the surrounding area.The Contracting Authority will use the Best Value Approach to the tendering procedure and execution.Publication of the contract notice is planned for 30 August 2021.The General Information Meeting is scheduled for the morning of 03 September 2021.
The new provincial road N285 will run in a curve around the northern part of Zevenbergen and will be located between the Langeweg roundabout (KM 7.800) and a new roundabout to be constructed at the De Knip watercourse (KM 5.400). A connection to the existing eastern roundabout to connect the ring road with the existing N285 and the Oostrand (N389).2. Middle roundabout to open up the area to be developed within Zevenbergen North;5. Semi-sunken underpass with the Achterdijk;6. Bridge across the Roode Vaart, taking account of a lower construction level of 7.20 m +NAP and a clearance height of 4.60 m for road traffic on the Koekoeksedijk and Schansdijk;7. During the Long-Term Maintenance Period the above components should function optimally with a subsequent three-year maintenance-free period for the province.
