I. c.d.of Section II.1.1.1.in the municipality of Dąbrowa Górnicza'. - Stage I, Stage II, Stage III and reconstruction of railway and road infrastructure in the area of Dąbrowa Górnicza station, including liquidation of cat. A railway and road crossing in km 296.592 of railway line no. 1 in the course of Parkowa street, construction of a railway viaduct/road tunnel at the height of ul. Piepiecha and Parkowa Street, as well as the construction of an underground passage under the tracks connecting platforms with the station building and the pedestrian communication route in Parkowa Street, as part of the project entitled: "Improvement of safety at crossings of railway lines with roads - stage III".II. Description of the subject of the contract in section II.2.4.
The subject matter of the contract is:1.Material scope realized for the benefit of PKP PLK S.A. in the "design and build" investment realization system:- preparing executive designs based on the construction designs developed and delivered to the Contractor by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the PFU constituting the attachment No. 12,- preparing technological and assembly designs, other ones required by the law,- obtaining the necessary administrative decisions necessary to perform the construction works, including in case it is not possible to adjust the whole subject matter of the contract to the provisions of the decision of the Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Katowice on environmental conditions sign: WOOŚ.420.148.2018.MP1.10 of 21 February 2019, The task of the Contractor will be to develop documents necessary to obtain another decision on environmental conditions and/or amending decision referred to in the Act of 3 October on making available information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (unified text: Journal of Laws 2020, item 283 as amended).obtaining the final decision on environmental conditions and/or amending decision,- obtaining the necessary administrative decisions necessary for the performance of construction works, including, inter alia, obtaining the decision on environmental conditions referred to in the Act of 3 October on making available information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (uniform text in Dz. U. 2020, item 283, as amended.),- comprehensive reconstruction of the station Dąbrowa Górnicza - Gołonóg, in accordance with the prepared construction design and obtained the decision on the building permit, in the scope of: reconstruction of the catenary network, lighting lines, electric heating of turnouts, railway traffic control system (srk) and railway telecommunications systems, non-traction power engineering, power supply of systems and equipment, video monitoring systems within the station Dąbrowa Górnicza,- liquidation of the railway and road crossing cat. A in km 296,592 of railway line no. 1 Warszawa Zachodnia - Katowice,- construction of railway viaduct (road tunnel) at the height of Parkowa Street, including installations related to drainage of the facility (viaduct),- works resulting from the construction project, related to the construction of an underground passage for pedestrians under the railway line,- removing collisions on the area of PKP in connection with the execution of works,- carrying out conformity assessment of structural subsystems covered by the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem),- obtaining necessary administrative decisions enabling the use of facilities.2The scope of the works is realized for the benefit of Dąbrowa Górnicza Municipality in the system of "build" investment realization: - construction of a communication system for the Transit Centre in the area of the Dąbrowa Górnicza Gołonóg railway station enabling connection of the Transit Centre with the existing communication system, - construction of a road with pedestrian and bicycle traffic (under the overpass) in the course of Piecucha Street and ul. The detailed scope of road works is determined by the construction and executive designs, the size of works, the STWiOR - technical documentation, which constitutes the attachment No. 11 to the ToR.
