Description

The purpose of the contract is the rental of coaches with drivers for the transport of children and adults for the needs of the City of Caluire-et-Cuire. Duration of the contract: each lot will take effect from the date of notification until 31.8.2021 for their initial period and will be renewable three times for one year by tacit agreement. This means approximately 45 months (9 months for the initial period and 12 months for the 3 years of renewal). The terms and conditions for non-renewal are set out in the SCC. It can also be expressly renewed in advance if the maximum contractual amount of the order is reached before the contractual expiry date according to the provisions of the PCCA. Optional stage: not applicable open tendering procedure each lot is a single-awarded framework agreement concluded without minimum and with maximum in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. Maximum annual amount: - lot 1: EUR 100 000 excluding VAT,- lot 2: EUR 40 000 excluding VAT,- lot 3: EUR 3 000 (excluding VAT).
Transport of children organised by the Education Department. Transport of children and young people organised by the city's leisure centres. Miscellaneous occasional transport of adults and/or children organised according to the needs of the town.
