Description

During the scallop fishing season, Dieppe fishermen operating in the areas around Fécamp, Le Havre, Port-en-Bessin and Grandcamp wish to sell their merchandise at the Dieppe fish auction. In order to guarantee the daily repatriation and transport of scallops from the landing ports to the port of Dieppe, the Dieppe Port Operations Authority leases several refrigerated trucks during this period. The scallop fishing season runs from 1 October of year n to 15 May of year n + 1 with a more intense period from 1 October of year n to 31 January of year n + 1. Loading sites differ according to the fishing grounds of the vessels and the scallop bank. In general, between October and the end of November, fishing takes place between Le Havre and Fécamp and from the end of November to the end of January in Port et Bessin and Grandcamp.
Form of market: ordinary. Award of a single market. Contract concluded for an initial period of one year. The duration of the initial period of services is one year, the number of renewal periods is fixed at two, the duration of each renewal period is one year, and the maximum duration of the contract, all periods taken together, is three years.
