The Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden intend to hold a special exhibition in Moscow, RussiaThe object of the service tendered by the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden is to plan the logistics and transport of the works of art by land from Germany to Russia and back - overall coordination of the art logistics handling of the project - measuring the exhibits for the production of the corresponding packaging (climatic boxes, etc.). These are mainly medium format paintings on various media such as canvas, cardboard and wood, as well as sculptures and contemporary works of art, - new production or rental of appropriate packaging (climatic boxes, etc.)),- packing of the individual works in Dresden and at other stations within Germany,- loading of the packed exhibits onto the respective means of transport,- overland transport,- courier organisation and support including travel planning, hotel booking and application for appropriate visas, preparation of courier schedules,- timely handling of all necessary customs formalities and obtaining all necessary permits,- Unloading of the packed exhibits as well as transfer to the exhibition rooms/discharge from the exhibition rooms and loading of the packed exhibits after the end of the exhibition,- Unpacking of the exhibits at the exhibition site in Russia/De-installation as well as packing of the exhibits after the end of the exhibition at the exhibition site /unpacking of the exhibits after return in Dresden and at further stations,- external storage of the empty crates at the exhibition site as required, including appropriate transport to and from the storage site.The financial amount of the benefit is limited to EUR 315 000.
