Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of road salt in accordance with "SST for road salt (NaCl) for winter slippery control on provincial roads administered by ZDW in Lublin", which constitutes an annex to the SWZ.1Sodium chloride (NaCl) used for gritting road surfaces during winter road maintenance should meet the following requirements: - to melt ice effectively and quickly and prevent ice accumulation,- to maintain stability of action for an assumed period of time,- not to be toxic or harmful to the environment,- not to become lumpy during storage,- easy to spread on the surface.The subject matter of the contract has been described in the manner specified in Article 101 (1) (1) of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority accepts solutions equivalent to those described on condition that the Contracting Authority proves in the tender, particularly by means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the OPZ to an equivalent degree.
