France - Road marking paint

Description

This invitation to tender relates to the supply of marking products for horizontal markings; - the services are to be supplied in two lots defined as follows:- lot No 1: road paint and marking products;- lot No 2: paint for sports grounds;- a framework agreement with a maximum of one economic operator per lot, to be implemented by means of purchase orders;- tenders must be submitted by electronic means, it being specified that this invitation to tender does not require the signature of the commitment act at the stage of submission of the tenders.
There is no minimum order value for the initial period and a maximum of EUR 60 000 (excluding VAT). The products to be supplied are as follows:- 1RH-approved paints, permanent yellow paint, coloured paints, a mixture of anti-slip fillers, glass microbeads, aerosol cans, chalk refills. The amount of the orders for the initial period is without minimum is with a maximum of 20 000 EUR (HT). This amount will be the same for each of the possible renewal periods.- Purchase of paint for the various sports fields in the city of Carcassonne, from a professional range.- Four colours are requested: white, red, green and blue.- The annual quantities of diluted paint are estimated at:-- white: 2 000 l,-- red: 80 l,-- green: 40 l.
