Description
The purpose of the contract is to design, build, maintain and repair the road network, public lighting, burying of overhead networks, street furniture, road markings, signage and green spaces, covering 14.7 km of roads.This is a comprehensive public performance contract combining design, construction, upkeep and maintenance with a view to renovating the roads (articles L. 2171-3, R. 2172-2 to R. 2171-3 of the French Public Order Code). The operation includes performance commitments. The procedure chosen is the procedure with negotiation (articles R. 2124-3 to R. 2121-4 of the French Public Order Code).
