Description
The present consultation is a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders for one year (renewable three times) subject to the procedure of open invitation to tender in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Purchase Order Code. This framework agreement is without minimum or maximum. For information purposes, the rules of the consultation indicate an estimate of purchase orders.
This consultation concerns the construction, repair and maintenance of the pavements, medians and sports fields of the Toulon defence base. It also includes the following works: street furniture (bicycle and bus shelters, etc.) and road signs.
