Description

The subject of the contract is: a) conducting preceding archaeological research; b) reconstruction of Grunwaldzka Street in Rzeszów - at the length of approx. 246.72 m, width of the pedestrian road (including kerbside sewage) - 5.70 m; - kerbside sewage on both sides of the road; - sidewalk on both sides directly at the pedestrian road widths of 2.25-1.85 m; - band between the sidewalk and face of the buildings made of 7 x 9 cm stone cubes;c) reconstruction and repair of the stormwater drainage system;d) reconstruction and repair of the sanitary sewage system;e) reconstruction of the water supply system;f) reconstruction of the gas network;g) reconstruction of the street lighting (reconstruction of lighting lines and cables. Existing lanterns will be renovated, existing lamps will be replaced with new LEDs in accordance with the specification); h) construction of the teletechnical channel; i) protection of the teletechnical network; j) protection of the power supply network; k) elements of small architecture.Reconstruction of the square in front of the University of Rzeszów: - access to the building with a width of 2.40 m or 2.60 m made of light grey stone slabs,- light grey stone cube band directly next to the building,- greenery with a width of 2.40 m or 2.60 m. 0.60 m between the building's band and the square's surface, - a square with resting places - benches, connecting the access roads to the building, - greenery separating the square from the space of Grunwaldzka Street, while maintaining the existing tree stand to be tended (cut). The customer requires that the surface works be performed using mechanical vacuum devices for lifting and laying granite slabs and kerbs.The way the columns are renovated:1) removing old paint and rust by shot blasting; 2) painting the poles with a primer layer; 3) painting the poles twice with a topcoat - a two-component chemically hardened paint, highly resistant to weather conditions, matt black colour; 4) the assembly of the pole after the renovation must take place in the same place from which the pole was dismantled, as some poles have holes for illuminators; 5) the renovation of the poles is to be carried out by the manufacturer of the poles, certifying with a declaration.Task realized on the basis of the application for works that do not require a building permit. The Contractor will take into account in the offer material benefits resulting from taking over the demolition materials. The detailed scope of works is determined by the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, technical documentation, measurements of works, as well as a specimen agreement with attachments.
