Poland - Road construction work

Description

The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of Leopolda Staffa Street. The task will be performed on the basis of a notification of works not requiring a building permit, to which no objection was raised on 24.10.2018 and 8.8.2018. The scope of works includes: 1) reconstruction of the internal road of Staffa Street with its exits and reconstruction of entrances to Reja Street and Marka Czarnoty Street with a length of about 143.70 m.2) demolition of the existing road surface together with the structure on Staffa Street,3) construction of a one-sided sidewalk,4) construction of a new structure, including roadway, exits, pavement,5) expansion, reconstruction or protection, to the extent necessary, of foreign equipment colliding with the road under construction, including gas, electricity, telecommunication, water supply and sewage systems,6) construction of street lighting,7) reconstruction of the existing drainage system consisting in construction of a gravitational rainwater drainage system together with its drainage to the existing consumers,8) construction or reconstruction of exits into adjacent plots of land,9) execution of vertical and horizontal markings adjusted to the designed geometry of the road being built,10) removal of trees and bushes which collide with the road being built, as well as execution of replacement plantings together with their maintenance.3A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in: 1) Detailed Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Work, technical documentation and pre-dimensions of works2) Model contract with appendices - constituting appendices to the ToR.
